It depends on what you swap for:

• Swapping for something of similar value is free
• Swapping for something we pay more for costs a little extra, shown before you confirm
• Swapping for something less expensive is free — we don't reduce your box price, but we don't charge you either

You'll always see the price next to each option and a running total before you save. Anything you're charged appears on that delivery as Box Customization.
