It depends on the size of your box:

• Small Box — 2 swaps
• Medium Box — 3 swaps
• Large Box — 4 swaps
• All Fruit Box — 2 swaps
• All Veggie Box — 2 swaps

Your allowance resets every week with the new menu.

Changing your mind about a swap you've already made doesn't use another one — it's the same swap, edited.
