How do I swap an item in my box?

You can change what's in your box yourself, in your account — there's no form to fill in and nothing to email.

1. Log in at portal.oddbunch.com
2. Open What's in your box
3. Tap Change what's in your box
4. Press − next to anything you don't want, then pick what you'd like instead
5. Check the summary and press Save

Nothing changes until you press Save, so you can take as long as you like deciding. You'll see exactly what's leaving, what's arriving and what it costs before you commit.
