When can I make a swap?

Swaps open Monday at 2:00pm ET, when that week's menu is published, and close at Tuesday 11:55pm ET along with the order deadline.

Outside those hours there's nothing to change yet: before Monday afternoon the new menu isn't up, and after Tuesday night your box is already being packed.

If swaps are closed when you look, your account will tell you when they next open.
