Why can't I swap a particular item?

A few reasons an item might not be swappable in a given week:

• You've used all the swaps your box size allows — undo one to free it up
• Swaps are closed for the week
• The item isn't part of this week's swappable menu

Your account explains which of these applies rather than just refusing, so you should never be left guessing. If something still doesn't look right, email help@oddbunch.com.
